Athough every effort has been made to make sure our property details are correct. You should first satisfy yourself on all aspects before making a purchase.

We will aim to communicate clearly and promptly with you at every stage, and we ask you to do the same.

If for any reason you are unhappy with an aspect of our service, please tell us, and we will do our best to put it right.

For the properties you view we will ask you to sign a visit report, in which we make clear the normal buying process, which is that, when you buy a house we have shown you, you will pay a buyers commission of 3%. Of course if you decide not to go ahead and purchase, you will not pay this buyers fee.

Normally our Agency 'Finders Fee' or 'buyers commission' will be due to be paid when the Compremesso is drawn up at the Notary.
